Health Fairs and Worksite wellness programs
We provide cooking demonstration or nutrition talks, food samples and custom recipe books for health fairs, open houses and other special events where you want to attract a crowd to a certain area, exhibit or table. To view a list of available nutrition topics please click on Education on the left. Food samples are prepared for 25 persons, 50 persons and 100 persons. Put three samples together on a small plate and make a "mini-meal" for your participants.
